This award is a memorial to Lillie Knox, who was a vital element in the history and success of the Women's Business Council - Southwest (WBCS) and the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).  The award is given to certified women-owned businesses that have identified a need to help support the growth and development of their company.
