When you’re a printer, you need many things to get your customer’s projects completed, but one absolute necessity is a quality paper vendor! Luckily, at Marfield, we work with some of the best in the nation, one of which is Clampitt Paper.

Marfield has been a loyal customer of Clampitt for over 50 years! And, our history goes even deeper…Our founder, Tom Packard, moved his family of 6 down from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to work for Clampitt Paper in 1966! After realizing the Dallas market desperately needed a quality stationery vendor, Marfield was born, and a business partnership was forged.

As for myself, I’m admittedly a paper novice. All of my work has been spent behind the computer screen, editing and creating art for our customers, while our sales and production teams help customers with their paper selections. But, if I’m going to declare myself an expert on all things print…paper is necessary learning material! So, here’s what I picked up from my day at the Clampitt Paper School.
